Available Positions
Qualified Electrician
We are looking for someone that can lead crew and be the responsible electrician for major events.
You will get training in the operation of diesel generators, lighting systems, switchboard construction, design and a lot more.
The event season is basically six months of intense work that will require lots of weekend work and the opportunity to earn a substantial amount of money in a short period. This offers a lifestyle for travel during the quieter months or the chance for continual work to increase income.
The corporate headquarters is located in Port Melbourne and most work is located in and around Melbourne, but a portion of the work will require travel and sometimes up to a week away from home.
Please note that the position will begin on a casual contract for 2 months with the opportunity to progress to full time for the right candidate.

Electrical Technician
Working closely with the Project Managers and Electricians, the Eventpower Technician will assist in the management and rollout of equipment and transport logistics focusing on the daily movement of equipment in and out of the workshop, it's delivery, installation and bump out onsite.
The Eventpower Technician will assist the daily workshop tasks related to equipment management and maintenance, vehicle movements and maintenance, cleaning and day-to-day tasks, while also assisting the electrical trades staff where required.
The Eventpower Technician will be willing to work outside of standard business hours from time-to-time due to the nature of the industry, this will include evenings, night shifts, and weekend work.
Preferred applicants will have:
Proven Experience in Labouring, Transport, Equipment Logistics & Maintenance | Knowledge of the Events Industry | Electrical Background Strong Attention to Detail | Communication Skills | Strong Work Ethic | Construction Card | Valid Drivers License | Fork Lift License | MR License | Level 2 First Aid | Working at Heights | Test & Tagging License
